Randy Pennington helps leaders and organizations deliver positive results in a world of endless uncertainty and change. He is a thirty-year business performance veteran, author, and consultant who has worked with many of this country's best-known organizations including: International Monetary Fund, Overhead Door Company, Transamerica Life and Protection, Feeding America, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, National Association of Home Builders, and DFW Airport in addition to government agencies at the local, state, and national level. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct instructor in the Cox Business Leadership Center at Southern Methodist University.
Randy is author or three books: Make Change Work & Results Rule!, both named as best general business books of the year by USA Book News; and On My Honor, I Will which Ross Perot described as having "cracked the code of great leadership."

Randy's background is a unique blend of line, staff, and consulting experience ranging from hourly employee in a machine shop and auto service center to senior management in a start-up mental health facility and CFO of a multimillion dollar professional services firm. He has consulted on over 100 change initiatives including high-growth, private equity, and start-up operations in consumer services, manufacturing, healthcare, defense contracting, and the food industry.
Randy holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology and has completed Postgraduate work in Organization Administration and Management. He is a past Chairman of the Board for the American Heart Association, Texas Affiliate, and was a founding member of the Texas Council on Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke. He has been recognized as one of the Top 30 global experts on corporate culture for nine consecutive years.
